Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We only offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You received the incorrect item.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, returned items must:

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from alterations, wear, or washing.

We do not accept items:

  • Without original packaging
  • That show signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Received after three business days from the date you received your order

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Jewelry Final Sale

All jewelry items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any jewelry under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety reasons.
